Return Policy-

We offer a refund minus the $3.50 shipping & handling charges and a 10% processing fee of the full purchase price, within 30 days of purchase if the package is unused and unopened. There is no return/refunds on any used or opened products and all sales are final. Please email first for return/refund confirmation before sending the product back. *Your original order # is required for processing refunds.

Note on other websites return policy's- Most websites that offer a "Money Back Guarantee" often charge about 2-3x the cost of our products and will charge huge shipping fees of around $10 which is then non-refundable in the event of a return. With some of these sites you are also often signed up for a monthly or bi-weekly auto-ship/billing in which they will continue to send you shipments and bill your card until cancelled...... then good luck getting ahold of them at all or to cancel in a timely manor.
